Where are Trinity Set & Stage based?

Our workshop and design studio are in London. We build, fabricate, finish and load out from there, with crew and kit deployed to live events across the UK and Europe. Most of our brand activations, festival bars and scenic builds install within a six-hour drive of London — though we tour internationally when the brief calls for it.

Trinity Set & Stage is a London set builder with full event production capability under one roof — concept and design, CNC scenic build, prop fabrication, transport, on-site install, de-rig and storage. From CNC-routed signage and bespoke props to shipping-container bars, modular festival kit and full venue takeovers — if it's built, painted, branded and installed at an event, we build it.

Can you handle the full event lifecycle?

Yes. We cover concept feasibility, scenic design, CNC fabrication, paint and finish, transport, on-site install, breakdown and de-rig, plus storage, refurb and re-tour between activations. Producers and agencies hire us specifically because we shorten the supplier list — one London set builder owns the whole journey from drawing to disposal.

How long does a typical scenic build take?

It depends on scale and finish. A bespoke timber bar can land in three to four weeks. A multi-room immersive activation or a touring brand-activation kit usually runs six to ten weeks from approved drawings. Send the brief with dates and ambition — we'll come back with a realistic build calendar and feasibility note within 48 hours.

Yes. In-house CNC scenic build lets us cut precision shapes, repeatable units, branded panels and complex geometry in plywood, MDF, foam and acrylic. CNC keeps tour kit identical across cities, finishes broadcast-clean and turnarounds tight — three things a hand-built set rarely delivers when you're touring four venues in a fortnight.

Can you build festival bars and mobile bars?

Festival bars are one of our core specialisms. We've built shipping-container bars, themed timber bars, mobile bar vans and rooftop pop-ups for Bacardi, Aperol, Sharp's Brewery, Jägermeister, Starward Whisky, Diageo and Chang Beer. Designed to install fast, trade hard, photograph well and break down clean — built specifically for festival fields and pop-up venues.

Do you build for film, TV and broadcast as well as events?

Yes. Our scenic carpentry, CNC fabrication and prop-making skill set crosses into film, TV, broadcast and PR stunts. We've delivered scenic builds for the James Bond Spectre Aston Martin DB10 reveal, the Fantastic Beasts European Premiere and Warner Music's BRIT Awards After Party. Do you store kit between events?

Yes. We store, refurbish and re-tour modular scenic elements for clients running multi-year activation programmes — keeping production budgets down and embodied carbon lower. For one-off builds, we handle responsible disposal and recycling. Long-term storage logistics are quoted per project and built into annual retainer agreements.
