Jägermeister

Trinity Set & Stage refurbished a 1985 ice-cream van into a bespoke Jägermeister mobile bar for the UK product launch tour — a London set builder PR stunt and brand activation vehicle.

The Brief

Jägermeister briefed Trinity Set & Stage to convert a vintage 1985 ice-cream van into a fully working mobile bar to support a new product launch and tour the UK that autumn. Although the brand initially asked us to source and design a van, they ultimately supplied a vehicle from a previous activation and gave us a completely fresh concept to deliver. The brief carried clear PR stunt ambition: roll into towns and cities across the UK in something that turned heads, photographed brilliantly, and operated as a real working hospitality vehicle worthy of the Jägermeister name. A perfect intersection of bespoke bar build, PR stunt set design London and on-the-road brand activation — the kind of build a London set builder lives for.

Our Approach

Trinity Set & Stage approached the brief as both a mechanical project and a scenic brand activation. Our in-house designers took the supplied 1985 ice-cream van back to a blank canvas and put together a concept worthy of the Jägermeister name — forest-inspired hand-painted interior artwork, two integrated bars, LED-lit feature backlighting, a hero display case for the product launch, and a custom vinyl-graphic exterior. As an experienced London set builder for spirits brand activations, PR stunts and bespoke bars, we engineered the van for road-legal touring as well as content readiness: mechanic-inspected, repaired and prepared before any scenic work began, then turned around at our Uxbridge workshop into the Jägermeister tour vehicle that hit the road that autumn.
