You Say You Want A Revolution (Bacardi)
Trinity Set & Stage built Bacardi’s ‘You Say You Want A Revolution’ bespoke bar and three rustic Caribbean activation rooms touring Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Hamburg — a global bottle relaunch brand activation.

The Brief
Bacardi briefed Trinity Set & Stage to bring the world-renowned rum brand to life across a tour of major UK and European events as part of its global bottle relaunch. The brand activation needed to feel unmistakably Bacardi the moment guests walked in: rooted in Caribbean atmosphere, premium-feeling, with a hero bar that worked as both backdrop for content and operational hospitality engine. We were tasked with designing, building and touring the same scenic and bespoke bar build across Glasgow, Birmingham, London and an extended Hamburg date — a multi-city event production programme handled by a single set builder.
Our Approach
Trinity Set & Stage approached the brief as a touring brand activation, not a one-off set. We worked back from the build calendar to design a modular kit that could be installed in Glasgow, struck, and reinstalled across Birmingham, London and Hamburg with no loss of finish quality. Across three connected rooms we layered a rustic Caribbean ambience — wood-stained flooring, plant dressing, faux-rust corrugated metal panels, weathered timber walling — to transport visitors into Bacardi’s world the moment they crossed the threshold. The hero was a custom-built circular bar in clean white laminate with bottle-tower centrepiece and large-format vinyl prints, designed to be lit from within so the bar acted as a Bacardi logo at scale. As a London set builder used to brand activations and bespoke bar builds we kept production tolerances tight enough for international travel.
