Aperol Spritz
Trinity Set & Stage transformed a shipping container into a bespoke Aperol Spritz mobile bar that toured London Canary Wharf, Brighton, Bristol and Manchester — a UK brand activation by a London set builder.

The Brief
Aperol briefed Trinity Set & Stage to design and build a bespoke mobile bar for the Aperol Spritz brand activation programme — a fun, quirky, instantly recognisable hospitality vehicle that could travel around the UK, hit big cities including London Canary Wharf, Brighton, Bristol and Manchester, and act as a content-rich brand activation moment in every location. As an experienced London set builder for spirits brand activations and bespoke bar builds, we were briefed to deliver something that felt unmistakably Aperol the moment it pulled into site — a real summer, share-friendly, photo-ready set piece.
Our Approach
Trinity Set & Stage approached the brief by reconfiguring an old shipping container as the bar shell — instantly transportable, structurally sound, and an ideal blank canvas for Aperol’s vivid orange palette. We tightly art-directed the colour to the Aperol brand, fitted out the interior with floating shelves, bottle uplighters and a working serving bar, and dressed the exterior with hand-sprayed branded planters and a giant inflatable Aperol balloon flying overhead. As a London set builder running multi-city brand activations for spirits brands, we engineered the unit to install and trade quickly at each location while still looking fully art-directed, not improvised.
